Complete filtration system for liquid, for large 220 mm funnel or connection to other funnel or container.
This set does not include a funnel. Funnel is purchased separately.
Filtration plant is most often used with funnel. Activated carbon is placed inside the plastic tubes to then filter different kinds of liquid. Liquid is purified as it flows through the activated carbon and then through filter paper placed underneath. A tube end is placed at the bottom end of the tube to hold the carbon in place.
The activated carbon absorbs all impurities from the liquid while the filter underneath picks up small carbon particles. Each 50 cm plastic tube with 40mm diameter holds approx. 0.56 litres of liquid.

All accessories in this filtration set are made of alcohol resistant plastic (food grade).
OBS: Funnel is NOT included. We recommend the matching 33122 - Funnel with 22 cm diameter, 3.8 litres. Fits perfectly with this particular filtration system and holds almost 4 litres. There is also an even larger funnel that is just as good.
As a seal between the funnel and the filtration tube, we recommend 32998 Funnel sleeve for 40 mm tubes , it is made of silicone, completely tight and indestructible. The funnel sleeve is threaded on the outside of the funnel spout and then seals against the inside of the tube.
