Anti foam agent is used to prevent vigourous foaming. 1 ml is sufficient for 25 liter.

Prevents foaming for at all fermentation. Please note that this should not be used in beer production since the beer will not foam after the fermentation is complete.

Can also be used to prevent bumbing when making jams or such or prevent foaming when boiling.

Heat resistant up to 150C/300F. Recommended dosage 20-22 drops (1 ml) per 25 liter

Ingredients: Water, food silicone 10%, citric acid, preservative. Food grade quality.
