North Sea Schnapps is a rich bitter with real liquorice root flavour. Drink at room temperature with beer, coffee or tea. Mixed with equal parts vodka, it’s called a "Dong."

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 55 grams (2 oz) of granulated sugar into a 75 cl (US 25 fl oz) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake until the sugar has dissolved.
Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended.
